Woodman, 1983 chestnut Thoroughbred stallion. Woodman was a Champion 2-year-old colt in Ireland but was retired to stud duty in the United States after five races. Among his offspring are Hansel (winner of the Preakness and Belmont Stakes), Timber Country (winner of the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile and Preakness Stakes winner), Bosra Sham (European Champion 3-Year-Old Filly), Woodcarver (Canadian Champion 3-Year-Old Colt and Queen’s Plate winner), and Hawk Wing (top two-year old of 2001 in the United Kingdom and Ireland).

Youthful Lady, 1978 dark bay Thoroughbred mare. Her damsire Bold Ruler was listed at No.19 in the Blood-Horse magazine ranking of the top 100 United States thoroughbred horse racing champions of the 20th century. He was the Leading sire in North America for seven straight years between 1963 and 1969, having sired 11 champions including Hall of Famers Gamely and Secretariat. Bold Ruler is also the grandsire of Bold Forbes, Foolish Pleasure, Hall of Fame fillies Ruffian and Bold ‘n Determined, as well as Spectacular Bid. He is great-grandsire of Seattle Slew.
